Mural Painting

When the Preserve’s Timucua Nature Center opened in the fall of 1998, it needed a little sprucing up!  The Preserve staff enlisted the help of the Stanton College Prepatory School National Art Honor Society to create a nature mural for the bare walls.  The mural was designed, drawn, and painted by the high school students.  The volunteers worked more than 450 hours in the summer of 1999 to complete their project.
