Vicki Rolland, a graduate student at Florida State University, likes to dig through time!  She is looking for clues to the patterns of early settlement in northeast Florida.  In December 1999, she worked at Pinder’s Island, a part of the Pelotes Island Nature Preserve.  Click here to see pictures and learn more about Pinder’s Island.
